Minutes after I have placed the request, someone from FedEx arrives to collect the watch I have personally packaged. Usually, he or she takes a short moment to drink an espresso from our Gaggia. Then they are off and within one to three days, your ochs und junior arrives at your doorstep  –  swiftly, securely, and covered by the ochs und junior transport insurance.

We know how to deal with customs in your country and are happy to advise you.

You can also count on us should your watch ever be in need of service. Within the guarantee period of two years (we offer a lifetime guarantee for all parts manufactured by ochs und junior) you can ship your watch to us free of charge by using our FedEx number.
