The prices shown on our website are in CHF (Swiss Francs). We are happy to offer prices in EUR (Euro) or USD (United States Dollars).
Payment
With AMEX, Visa or MasterCard you can buy your ochs and junior safely and directly. If you would like to use another credit card, pay the cost of your watch via bank transfer or split it over several payments, please contact us.

Order cancellation
You can cancel your order within 48 hours (full refund). Please confirm the cancellation immediately by email to oj@ochsundjunior.swiss. Later cancellation will not be accepted.
50% upfront payments
The 50% prepayment is due when you place your order. You will pay the balance shortly before your watch is delivered.
Warranty and service
ochs und junior AG grants a lifetime warranty on all parts designed by Ludwig Oechslin and a 2-year warranty on the entire watch.
If your watch needs service, please contact us directly using the contact information.
For warranty claims, we will provide you with our FedEx number or arrange return shipping for you to send us your watch at no charge. We complete most repair work within 30 days.
Worldwide free shipping
For watches ready for shipment in La Chaux-de-Fonds, the delivery time with FedEx Overnight Priority Shipping is 1-3 business days.
For watches from the Customizer we will contact you to inform you about the delivery time.

Why ochs und junior sells directly
We can guarantee a fast service and offer an almost unlimited customization. We do not invest resources in brand ambassadors or event sponsorships.
Small changes
The watchmakers at ochs und junior AG can make small changes directly: change the hand color or case material (silver or titanium) or replace the second hand with a second disc. Contact us for details.
Return Policy
We are convinced that you will love your ochs und junior, but we offer you a return policy within 10 days under certain conditions. Please contact us immediately via email. All products must be returned in unused and brand new condition and in their original shipping packaging. We do not accept returns with signs of use, wear or other deviations from original condition. You are solely responsible for reclaiming any import and customs fees paid; ochs und junior AG will not refund these fees. Watches may only be returned upon receipt of our “Return to Seller” authorization via email.
Orders for watches that have been personalized/customized in any way (e.g., using our Customizer) or otherwise made to your custom specifications cannot be returned to us for a refund or exchange. This also applies without exception to engraved products.
Questions & answers
What happens if I bought my ochs und junior through the website?
Within 24 hours you will receive a personal email from us. This allows you to discuss details such as the delivery date, your bracelet or any special requests directly with us. Please let us know your wrist circumference.
How difficult is it to import an ochs und junior from Switzerland to my country?
We prepare all necessary documents for shipping and customs declaration. For detailed information, please refer to paragraph 3 of our terms and conditions.
What if I want something slightly different from what is offered on the website?

How does an ochs and junior wear?
For Ludwig Oechslin, the functionality of the watches is paramount. The wearing comfort is extremely high due to the short, integrated lugs and the flat case back. An ochs and junior is perfectly wearable for most wrists in Ø 36, 39, 40 and 42 mm. There are various band lengths available.
Can I try the watch on my wrist before making a decision?
About 2/3 of our customers do not try on their ochs und junior before buying. They order the watch based on our information, which you can find at www.ochsundjunior.swiss. We are constantly developing the content of our website so that you can make your decision with a clear conscience – whether you are at home in New York, Sydney, London or Berlin or Hong Kong.
