  1. Ordering

Ordering can be accomplished in person, over the phone, via email, or online. Delivery times can vary owing to the nature of the product, which is made in small batches or individually. We will email or call you to inform you of the item’s availability. Confirmed orders are binding 48 hours from placement of the order. Please note our return policy. Payment is made by credit card on our website, via a secure payment link, or via a bank transfer.

  1. Prices

Our prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Value Added Tax of 7.7%. Our VAT no. is CHE-113.085.271 MWST. We will gladly quote you the prices in EUR (Euros) or USD (United States Dollars), should you wish to pay in either of these currencies.

  1. Delivery charges / invoicing / customs charges

Deliveries within Switzerland and abroad are normally free of charge. In cases where we have to charge for delivery, we discuss this with our customers in advance. Internationally, we ship our watches via FedEx international priority / DHL, or, in exceptional cases, via regular standard post (after checking with our customers).

Deliveries to customers living abroad do not include Swiss VAT (export price). However, customers abroad are subject to their own country’s customs and VAT charges (where applicable), which will need to be settled directly with the relevant authorities.

  1. Work under guarantee / returns

The entire watch is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 2 years. All parts developed and manufactured by ochs und junior are guaranteed for life. Shipping charges will be borne by ochs und junior AG during the guarantee period. Shipping charges will be borne by the customer outside of the guarantee period. Provided the shipping complies with our instructions, the item in question is covered by our transport insurance policy.

  1. Disclaimer

Furthermore, ochs und junior rejects liability in the following cases: improper or illegal storage, adjustment or use of the products; use of incompatible spare parts or accessories; failure to maintain and/or improper modification or repair of our watches by the customer or a third party; force majeure, in particular damage caused by natural hazards, moisture, falls, impacts, etc., for which ochs und junior is not responsible, and official orders.

  1. Final provisions

Applicable law: In the event of a dispute, the matter shall be subject to and construed in accordance with Swiss law.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is 2300 La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland.
